Outside of fire halls, parks, or a private residence I don’t think there are venues that allow you to cook your own food for liability reasons. Most venues require proof of a licensed caterer.

Try LaPerla downtown Stl. I’m pretty sure they let you bring in your own but not certain. They max at 165 though. We looked into them but are over that count. It’s a beautiful setting and you’d get great pictures.

Also, my cousin got married at Wiloughby Heritage Farm in Collinsville, IL. My aunt made all the food for the reception. I think it maxed at 125ish though.
