Southern Utah outdoor wedding-public land?

My fiancé is from Utah, but we are both in Texas. We have set our wedding date for 9/4/20. We really want red rocks. I’ve looked at so many National and state park requirements in southern Utah and we either have too many guests for what I like or I don’t like the only option (they aren’t really red rocks). We will have about 40-45 people including us and our vendors. Just need a ceremony site. We are doing elopement style so it will only be about 30 min that we need somewhere. Does anyone know of any places/public land. Or any awesome Airbnb with access/good views of red rocks?

I'm afraid I don't think Airbnb allow events at any of their properties anymore.
If you're finding it hard to get an appropriate space, would you consider working with a planner in the area to help you secure a space for the ceremony?

I’ve heard of a few people talking with the Airbnb owner and getting permission for weddings, and on the app (and VRBO) there is a tab “events allowed”. I’ve seen some that advertise allowing weddings but are either out of our price range or unavailable on our date.
I’m not really interested in working with a planner. Everything planning wise is very minimal and we didn’t budget for a coordinator

I'm assuming you've already looked at Moab and whatever events you can hold there? I love Moab so much. The red rock there is unbelievable.
