Does anyone know of small ceremony locations in Birmingham, Alabama that are very inexpensive (including chairs)? I am looking to have a reception at a restaurant right after. Bonus points for outdoor venues.

Congratulations on your engagement!!
Would you consider looking into local chapels or places of worship? They usually have chairs and are ready to go. It is possible to have a non-religious ceremony is certain chapels, etc. If this isn’t an option, you could look into local public parks and community centers.
Have you chosen a restaurant for the reception yet?

Well my church is pretty big so I can't do it there and I'm not close with any other smaller churches in the area. I may be able to look.

And no I have not. I know I may be able to use one of our options as a ceremony site as well (the outdoor portion)
