We just visited Glenmoore Farm in Hopewell. It's a rustic barn on several acres of land. You can bring in all vendors from caterer to band to alcohol/bar tenders. The barn does not have AC so that was one draw back but if you are having it in spring or fall then you might not need it. Good luck!

Thank you for your inquiry ~ I thoroughly recommend coming to visit & seeing this unique venue. Give me some dates that you are free & we can set something up.
Here is a quick overview of what you can expect when you book Glenmoore:* Exclusive use of The Barn which has ambient lighting, bar, dance floor, outdoor sitting area, beautiful duck pond, a corn crib & a grooms room etc. and the 7.5 acres surrounding it. You get the day of the event, the day before ~ for decorating & rehearsals & the morning afterwards for pick-ups. We are surrounded by preserved land owned by FOHVOS http://www.fohvos.org/* We currently have tables & chairs that can seat 100 people (but this is changing all the time
We are very easy going & will work with you to ensure you have the best wedding possible! Yes! please bring your dog
We are excited to see how your event will look & can help anyway we can. You can decorate as much or as little as you like, do it all yourself or we have the know-how to do it for you.
We do not have specific vendors, but if you need help we have some recommendations. We do have a room in the farmhouse where the bride or groomsmen can get ready. This can be rented through air bnb http://abnb.me/EVmg/hgap9wKkAEThere is a room downstairs in the barn that can be used too.
The space is very adaptable for both large & small events.
There are gorgeous bathrooms.
There is adequate parking.
The Barn is large enough to serve as a back up ceremony location in the event of rain. Up to 160 guests can sit in the barn. We also have a beautiful sail cloth tent, that looks very magical, with wooden poles.
The cost for the barn is $7950, that includes the permit, valet for all your guests & use of golf cart, exclusive use of the barn for 48 hours & a manager onsite the whole time.
We have a fire pit it is a fee of $350, for the wood & to man it (alcohol & fire needs supervision).
We offer a sparkler package, which makes for stunning photos... It includes 36" sparklers, organizing guests into a formation, lighting the sparklers, the permit, making sure you have got 'the' photo, collecting all the spent ones & the disposal.
I can also be a day of coordinator.

When is your wedding? My friend's son got married in a barn on a large farm, converted into a lovely venue, in Sussex County, NJ. It was at Christimas time and the decorations were gorgeous!! Rustic but very elegant!

Actually, yes, I looked up the place on my friend's Facebook page: it was The Barn at Perona Farms, Sparta, NJ. BTW, the ceremony was at Our Lady of the Lake (RC) Church also in Sparta. It was in 2016.
