So I just have to take a second to rave about Shutterfly. I had to postpone my wedding not once, but now twice. I got on Shutterfly and saw they had a "Change the Date Guarantee" and decided to look into it, even though I ordered my original invitations in December 2019 (for my original 4/18/20 date).
I was floored when they immediately credited my account for the full cost of my original invitations, allowing me to get new copies of my gorgeous invitations with my new date on it.
I know I sound like an infomercial right now for Shutterfly, but I just had to get it out there how nice it was that they are doing this for couples. It took an extra cost off of my plate.
To any bride who has to postpone, take it from someone who will now have two wedding dates pass, KEEP GOING. We are planning to get legally married sometime this year now and have our "wedding" in 2021 now be a vow renewal and reception. I cannot imagine not having a dream day, and I will wait 5 years if I have to get it lol! Do what you think is best for you and your soulmate!
