Not sure what you're specifically looking for or what you consider cheap, but Azazie and Lulus have really nice, decent priced dresses. Full suits can be rented from Mens Warehouse for under $200 or bought at any department store (Macys, Kohls, etc.) and tailored if you want a more fitted look. For favors you could buy bulk candy and assemble your own favors from justcandy.com (I haven't actually used them so I don't have a review of them but they were my back up plan) or if you're looking for something non-edible, check out the wedding wire shop. They have several things for under $2 per guest that can be personalized. During covid, hand sanitizer has been a popular favor. You can get a 36 pack of mini Purell bottles on Amazon for about $32 and buy personalized labels from Etsy.

I've purchased a few things for my wedding from Oriental Trading Company, and they've been great quality! Decent pricing too, and you can buy in bulk.

Also - you had asked about low price dresses: check out Azazie! They have a Try On At Home program, so you can try out the dress before committing to buying it. They do both bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. Also check out Poshmark or Stillwhite - both of those offer used gowns, many of which still have the tags on them, but often at a discounted rate.

Its actually very high quality but make sure you get the right size because the return policy is garbage also the suit definitely still needs to be tailored after you buy it

Rent whatever you are able to locally. It is cheaper in the end than purchasing and trying to resell.
