Sharing wedding photos

I'm sharing them on FB since I have a lot of family in Mexico that wont be able to join me. For them and me FB is the most easiest place for them to see my wedding photos.

ETA: I'm making an album called "wedding" so that way they can know where the photos are at

@FutureMrsMurcia, are you hiding the album? Or will it be open?

My photographer has an online photo gallery. I just give people the link if they ask. That's what I would do if I were you and it's an option.

I am planning on sharing mine on FB. I will just make the album so that only my friends can see it and not public. You can also create a group of friends and share it only with them if you don't want everyone to see the pictures.

It will be the "friends only" category that way only people I'm friends with can see the photos. After like 3 months or so I'll make sure and hide the album so that only I can see them

We created a share site with Shutterfly and uploaded the pics we were ok with sharing to that. There were alot of settings on that site that I liked...you could designate whether or not people could download the pics, buy prints, etc. Once we had the site settings the way we wanted them, DH sent the link out to some people and I went ahead and shared the link on my FB page. Not all of our pics were included on this site...only ones we were comfortable sharing. We also added an album for honeymoon pics too since people were asking us about that alot too. I thought it was really convenient.

@Summer, I love that idea, I'm going to check it out. This way they also have a quick way to order prints. The settings were what worried me the most...

I'm giving people my photographers website. I have an option of making it password protected or not

Great, glad I cold help Oh, and I forgot...you can upload video to the share sites too as well as photo albums so we uploaded our short engagement video since alot of people hadn't seen it. I would imagine you could upload a longer one as well like if you get a video from a videographer and want to share that as well...would be great for close family members that were sad to have missed the ceremony.

Your photographer will most likely have a site that's password protected you can give the info out to those you want to have it

I plan to use my photographer's website. Some photos will probably end up of facebook though because FH loves to share on facebook. I had to tell him to wait a couple of hours before announcing our engagement so family and close friends wouldn't find out on facebook. If he had had his way it would have been before I could even tell my parents!

I'll probably put them on Facebook. You could do it in small groups of pics? My photographer has little cards they put at the tables with our website where they can look at pocs

I shared a lot of them on FB. For close friends and family I sent them the link to our online gallery.

You can do shutterfly and send access to the album to people you want to see it.

Drop box it's an app and you can add people. It also allows you to share huge files for free

I shared mine, not ALL. I made a friends only album on Facebook

I shared most of mine on Facebook. It was the easiest way to do it. Plus, I know that I love looking through other people's wedding photos on FB.

I'm only going to post a few main ones on facebook and then give people a link to my photographer's online gallery.
