Shapewear for under the Dress/diet

Hi Dierdra. First off, that’s a stunning dress and it looks incredible on you! The bloat doesn’t seem like a major issue. When is the big day? If it’s a couple of months from now then I suggest you try to eat clean. I don’t think you’ll be comfortable wearing spanx or something especially if the dress has a bare back because it will show. Try eliminating all the junk food until the wedding day. Hope this helps! Happy prepping!☺️

You could try shape wear but I've not much experience with it.
Losing weight esp in specific areas is a combo of fitness and food. So try to eat healthier and find an activity you like to do. Change it for a healthier overall lifestyle and not just for your wedding day because you're gorgeous either or the point is for you to FEEL good.

If you are looking for shapewear, Spanx is a great brand that offers so many different styles and colors that I’m sure you’ll find something!! What is the back of your dress like? If it has a low back, you may need to take this into account when choosing what shapewear you want!
