I am getting married on August 6th 2021. When should I send out the invitations? And when should the RSVP date be?

I'd send them now and ask RSVP 4 weeks prior.

Hi Amber! Invitations should be mailed out 6-8 weeks before your wedding date (so late May - early June).
For the RSVP deadline - I'd ask your caterer and venue when they need your final numbers and guest headcount by, then make your RSVP deadline one week before theirs! That will give you time to call and follow-up with any guests who didn't respond on time!
