My fiancé and I are looking to do at least a small two tiered wedding cheesecake for us, since we love cheesecake. We are also looking into a dessert table with gluten free and dairy free desserts for our guests. I do want my cheesecake to look fit for a wedding though. Anyone know of any bakeries in the PNW area that could do a cheesecake and make it pretty?
