Hi!
We are planning to walk into the Santa Barbara express courthouse wedding tomorrow -- there's no appointment necessary. Has anyone done this and how long does it take?

any help would be appreciated-- we got a local photographer to take pics of us signing the papers and for outside afterwards and planning to go right when it opens. Just trying to see what time I should tell the photographer-- we are allocated 1.5 hours
