Sam's club cake

I haven't had their cake cake but my friend got their cupcakes and on my heavens.....I ate 4 of them at her wedding lol. If we chose our other venue option that's the route we would have taken.

That's what I'm planning on doing. I'm going to get their 3 tier cake and cupcakes because it's so much cheaper. We aren't big cake people, so I didn't want a lot left over nor did I want to spend a ton on it. I've had their cupcakes several times and never have had any complaints.

I got a cake from Sam's for a friends wedding. It was on the smaller side, just two tiers. It was a pretty small wedding. It was nice that they let us choose buttercream instead of fondant. It was delicious everyone liked it.

I’m stuck on if I want to do this for 250 ppl and have someone pick up orrrr go with Publix who can deliver. I’m not sure yet either!

Sam’s is so cheap you almost can’t pass up the deal though 😩

I've ordered their 2 and 3 tier cakes for bridal showers I've hosted, and have always been thrilled with the quality. If you go with the 3 tier, it should be a pretty great option- a little smaller than a "traditional" wedding cake, but great for photos and the cake cutting moment. You may need a couple sheet cakes as well for that many guests. Sam's cake is delicious though, no one will ever guess that's where it is from!

You can also try Raleys. They have a fruit basket cake that is delicious!! On the cheaper side as well

Sam's club cakes are delicious! I don't know if this would work for your wedding, but Sam's sells 6 uniced 1/2 sheetcakes for $35-$39. They also sell uniced cupcakes for a really inexpensive price. They have icing by the the tub, various flavors. We may actually do this just for extra cake. We are in Ohio, not sure if they offer this in other states. Best wishes for your wedding!

I plan to do a 2/3 layer cake from a professional/person that does cakes as the "show cake". Then I plan to do cupcakes or sheet cakes for everyone.

We are doing Publix and let me just tell you about how they do their tastings! You take home "smash cake" sized cakes (up to 3) and do an in house tasting in the comfort of your own home. We had friends and family sampling with us for a week! We are so excited and because our venue is so close to their store, you can't beat $30 for deliver!
