There’s really nothing to write on those RSVP cards. The times where people fill in things is when it says __ of __ attending and people fill in the second black. The only suggestion I would have is to number the back of them and have a coordinating spreadsheet in case people forget to write their name when they send it back.

I 100% agree with Kelly. I got the idea to right numbers on the back and have a corresponding spread sheet. I haven't run into the issue of people not putting their name but a few haven't put their last name, so this solves that issue! Also, some people's hand writing has been more difficult to read. A small plus is it's super easy to find their name based off the number.

I had 3 come back with no names, but was able to use my spreadsheet to figure out who they were. But you dont have to do anything with these.

People usually fill in their own names on the card, and most guests will understand that only the people named on the envelope will be invited. Hopefully your wedding website won't allow people to add extra guests. If anyone RSVPs with extra people, you (or your fiancè/mom/whoever is closest to them) should call the person and say something like, "I'm sorry, but because [insert vague reason] only you are invited to attend our wedding. We hope you'll still be able to attend without..."
