rsvp Not Working for Guests

I haven't been able to get RSVPs from guests. I have one in particular who did it twice, and nothing happened. I just did it for him, luckily it worked and is still holding.

However, we have not gotten an outside RSVP for almost three days now. Is it possible people are trying, and it's not working on my end? I sent an email to customer support yesterday and the response was that they had a lot of emails and wouldn't be able to get back to me for up to 48 hours!

Has anyone else had this issue with the RSVP tool? We only have online responses, so if people RSVP'd how will we know!? Will WW be able to see on their end?

Tell me people just are not going on the site!

    I don't have advice because I haven't sent out invitations yet, but I'm commenting and following up on this post because I want to know the answer to this. We are planning to use electronic rsvp's too through WW. I want to know if we need to change that plan. I hope it works!! The electronic option is saving us a lot of money!

    I totally get it! We have loved it so far, but I have yet to get a response to two different emails to customer support, or here on the forums. It was working just fine, and now two guests have told us they rsvp'd but it hasn't shown on our end. One of the guests said her's didn't like "register." I had my fiancee and my MOH test it with one of my siblings rsvp, and it worked for them, got the notification and everything. I'm just worried about guests who did and it's not coming through. And what is not allowing some to work, and some to not?!
