We sent out our invitations and some RSVPs have come in!! Our deadline is January 25th. Is there a way on here to disable RSVP once the deadline has passed? We have to pay and give the final head count by February 1st. We do plan on calling people between the 26th - 31st, but if no one RSVPs after that then we will assume they are not coming. We do not want to pay for a plate of someone who did not RSVP even after a call reminder.

    The only way is to get on your website the day after the deadline and manually remove the RSVP option.

    We have just deleted people from our list, which would remove them from the RSVP option -- so if they search for their name, it wouldn't exist. It also helps keep the final count that WW gives us more accurate.

    Yeah I figured I would just delete them, but didnt know if there was a difference way. Did you follow up with anyone once the deadline passed or did you just delete them and give your final headcount?

    I followed up before and after. My whole family is out of state, so I checked in a few weeks early just to get an idea because of the hotel block & my general excitement. Then we checked in after the RSVP had passed. My cousin didn’t reply at all, so I waited a little while longer, and then just deleted them.
    Some people I just texted to ask the week of because it’s crazy easy for me to change their RSVP for them, but they have to remember a website and stuff. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I understand that and I'm sure that I will have to call a lot of people after RSVP deadline. We have a hard headcount of 125, and I do not want someone who RSVP'd no or not at all to show up.
