Do a Google search for wedding services in Oahu and see what they offer along those lines
Some beachfront restaurants may be able to set up a table for you.

We eloped 1998, and finally want to full fill my dream destination wedding, no guest. Our kids and son’s gf will be our bridesmaids and our sons would be our bestman and ring bearer. On our last email they shortly answer, “we will let you know when we get closer to your date”. I know it’s about 400 more days, but I am a planner to the detail.
