rental home venue help

Ok- so we are property owners on Ocean Isle Beach in NC. Our condo is not beachfront and some people will be staying there. I am searching for a large home beachfront to do a walk down ceremony and have the reception and all our guests stay there so we are all in the same place. We are planning for April 15th 2023. Does anyone know the area or have any suggestions? Thanks!
