Rehearsal Lunch/dinner

Natasha, on June 3, 2020 at 10:20 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 9
I am having the rehearsal dinner at my house the day before my wedding. Any ideas for what I can make or buy to serve my guests?

If you can find a restaurant that sells party trays that would be good

Order pizzas and have plenty of beverages on hand.

Order a variety of wings, veggie platters, breadsticks and an easy dessert.

    You can do:

Taco/Nachos- with multiple fixings (beef, chicken, shrimp, veggies, guacamole, salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapenos, slaw, Chips, etc.)

    Pizza, wings, salad

Burger Bar (beef, turkey, salmon burgers) assorted fixings

    BBQ- burgers,chicken, salads(potato,macaroni,) baked beans

    Pasta and bread sticks

What kind of feeling are you going for? Casual, BBQ, semi-formal, a specific ethnicity that you want to represent in food, etc,?

Fried chicken is an easy option or bbq. It’s common where I’m at to order from Golden Corral (we used to have a grocery store that everyone used to order large amounts from but it closed). Sides that you could have in a crockpot like green beans or canned/boiled potatoes would be an easy option to cut down on prep and having to watch it.

I’d like everything besides the BBQ to be semi-formal, just a little fancy.
