Has anyone else had trouble getting refunds for weddings canceled due to COVID? Our wedding was canceled and Greentree Country Club in New Rochelle refused to refund us $26,000. We called and emailed for 16 months with no response. Finally the NY State Attorney General legally ordered Greentree to refund customers $427,000.
I’m disappointed that they didn’t refund our money until they were legally ordered to.
If anyone is having trouble getting a refund, I suggest contacting the state Attorney General.
