Redress up later for the party on our 1 year anniversary

Hello all we are 14 days away form the BIG DAY . I am extremely excited .We are eloping so its just us and 2 witnesses. we already have our celebration of marriage scheduled on our 1st year anniversary which is on a sunday next year that's good for pricing lol. Here is what I am wanting to know because we are eloping now we will not have a first dance as a married couple which is something that is very important to me. Our cake we put on hold until the actual party next year. Is it good to dress up again next year in my wedding dress and my husband in a tuxedo again to carry this out at our 1st year anniversary party? We will have our wedding video playing also at the party for everyone as well. I just want to have that first dance and cake cutting photographed for our memories. Thanks for all responses given.
