I'd also try a few different methods of outreach, to see if phone works better than email or if they have an office location you can visit in person!

We ended up finding a place with our date still open (super hard to do at this point) but visited and secured it. Going to get out of the original place because we never paid or anything for it. Thankful it worked out, just very very stressful in the meantime
