Rant/advice needed for bridal lash appt

I need to vent and also wanted to ask for some advice.
My wedding is Sept 3rd (in like 3 weeks). In June I called the best rated salon in my town and booked an itial and eyelash fill appt for 3 weeks and then 3 days before my wedding. It was today. When I showed up, the receptionist told me they had no record of my appointment ever being made and said the best they can do is reschedule me.
They got me in for one week from now so my initial appointment will be for 2 weeks before the Fill. And they also scheduled me with a "new talent" at their salon.Honestly I'm really disappointed and angry and now have immensely lost trust in this salon. I can't shake feelings that this will happen again or look bad when it gets done and then it will be too late to make a change. Time is cutting it really close now. Any recommendations on whether to keep with this salon, try desperately to get in somewhere else or?? I thought of asking to speak with management and expressing my worry and need for things to go smoothly from this point on but also don't want to rock the boat and cause anything to be worse.
