Price of Anand Karaj in California

Hello does anyone know how much an Anand Karaj might cost in various different cities across California? I’ve heard that if you state financial constraints that they can reduce the price. The cheapest price I’ve been able to find online was $1k and that seems a little to high to me. Especially since I’m just gonna do the Anand Karaj and leave right after and there will only be immediate family in attendance so around 15 people tota ((including the couple in total).
