Does anyone have any ideas for a scenic spot in Nova or DC to have a quick marriage ceremony with about 20 people? I am supposed to get married in October in DC at a hotel and the food and beverage minimum is so high we can't justify cutting the guest list and still going on with it.
I would love to get married at a pretty spot and then go to a restaurant with outdoor seating but am falling short on ideas.... let me know if you have any! Thanks
