Possible Dress Regret

I'm having what feels like regret as I wait for my dress to come in. When I tried on my dress, it wasn't in my size. Because of that, it was difficult to envision what it will look like. I ordered a size 14. They only had a size 12 and 16 in the store. The 12 couldn't even get over my hips. The size 16 fit over my hips but 16 and up gets into the misses collection and the top's design changes. The straps become thicker and the V of the front is not as defined. I'm freaking out because I need to buy my accessories for a dress that I might not even like anymore. Please ignore my facial expressions. 😂
