For those of you that are home during this difficult time, what positive things are you doing to prepare for your weddings? Would love to see pictures.

Thankfully, pretty much everything is taken care of. BUT, we're searching the web to find literary decor to fit our theme and assembling invitations (which won't go out for some time, but it's good to be prepared).

A lot of extra time on our hands! We’ve finally selected a date (April 9th, 2021) and we’re hoping that a year from now, this will all be under control - fingers crossed! That being said, we’ve had much time to research different vendors, and check lots off our list.

I have been busy making candles, finishing our bridal party gifts (swords and wands) and working on our arch structure!

11/14/2020 here...I have the photographer, caterer/rentals, coordinator, venue, and MHUA set which is great but now the rest is kinda a waiting game...I used google slides to make a silly mood board....that way when I can pull the trigger, I AM READY!!!

I did the same thing! I made a powerpoint with all my ideas and inspiration lol. Even though I have pinterest I felt like it helped me piece it all together.

I’ve used the time to let my bridesmaids get to know each other. We’ve been holding a Zoom meeting once a week. Last week, we walked through bridesmaids dresses online together. The four of them are all from different parts of my life and it has been a wonderful silver lining to see these women get to know each other and even see them interacting online outside of our group chat. We’re working as a team to get through it all and they’ve been helping come up with great ideas for the wedding too.

That is such a great idea. Most of them would have probably been too busy any other time to do it so that’s a great use of time.
