I don't know the area, but maybe you could look on Airbnb or VRBO and make sure you check the box that says for an event.. you may find something you are looking for

The WeddingWire venue directory has an option to filter by ‘Park Weddings’, perhaps this could be a great place to search? There could be an additional part of the park you could rent to pitch a tent on for the wedding reception!

Hey Elizabeth! Check out Traxler Park in Janesville! You can reserve the Warming House or the Lyons Pavilion for almost nothing, so your guests have indoor plumbing, and there's even a small kitchen in there that I believe you can use.
