Picking a Honeymoon for this July! Possibly Costa Rica???

I went to Costa Rica in July - granted, it was 20 years ago (!!!!) - but I do remember that it was rainy season. We did have some nice weather, but it was mostly overcast. Have you considered Europe? Spain, Italy, or Greece? ETA or Portugal!

We wen to Costa Rica in September and it was beautiful! The rain we did have was kind of cool.. crazy storms that only lasted a few minutes

Im planning for July but have no idea where to go! We are stuck between Jamaica and Mexico

July isn't a terrible time for CR. While it's rainy season, it's normally passing showers late afternoon. Rainy season in Guanacaste doesn't get heavy until mid September and last through November. Also, end of June to mid July is the time where the region experiences little summer, meaning it'll rain less with much more sunshine. I'd say go to CR. My favorite place

We went to Costa Rica in late June 2 years ago, and it was absolutely amazing. It was technically the rainy season, but I think it only rained one time during the afternoon, very briefly, and then sometimes in the wee hours.

The best thing about going during the rainy season is there are way less people. We had these amazing hikes where we had entire stretches of rain forest totally to ourselves. It is hands down the best vacation I have ever been on, can't recommend it enough.
