Were you able to find reviews anywhere else online? How did you find them?

Hi Clíodhna! Thank you! I was only able to find reviews on their website. I met her at a bridal expo, just was surprised to not be able to find her anywhere given the photos were gorgeous.

Jordan Tracy is a scam artist!!!! DO NOT trust them and warn all your friends! We discovered her also at some “bridal show” so she said and sent me a text about what she could offer. It was too good to be true. Eventually, after plenty of communication with her directly, we went with her company. Turns out after our wedding, the videographer was not hired by her, it was not professionally done as the website and YouTube videos portray and to this day, I’ve never heard from her after 2 months. She took all our money and never sent the professional video she promised and has never contacted us since the wedding. We’ve reported her to the BBB and it turns out other people have had this same experience. The bridal shows also need to be warned. If you’ve fallen victim to this crime, do what you can to report this company so that they can stop and be held accountable!

Luckily I had a feeling she was scamming us and we were able to hire someone else and our wedding memories weren’t lost! I’ve also reported her to the BBB! It’s so sad that someone would do something like that!

They changed their name to JESSIE TYLER STUDIOS AND WE GOT SCAMMED ALONG WITH A FRIEND OF OURS. The BBB does nothing. PLEASE FILE POLICE REPORTS !!

View Quoted Comment Yes, I’d like to but we don’t have enough current info on them especially because they keep changing their name and phone number. Their website doesn’t even work so that we can trace their IP address. I called Wendys bridal show and spoke to management so that they could be warned. If you have any other info that could be helpful, let me know. Thanks.

View Quoted Comment The website for Jordan Tracy Studios is still up. Jessie Tyler Studio is not anymore. The phone number went to a place in PA. And my credit card was charged to a place in bridgeville PA and cedarhurst PA. I also spoke to the UPS store where he had a PO BOX listed. And they said they would cooperate with police.


So if you still have the flyer he used with that information. Date times of the event, times and amount of stolen money etc. that’s still good to at least report him! More reports the better

View Quoted Comment Everyone as far as we know were scammed including the photographers. They also never got paid so that’s probably why you didn’t receive your footage, unfortunately. How did you find them and hire them? I can’t even remember how we encountered each other but after this, I went to their site and now I recognize it looks very fake. We also reported them to the local bridal shows and the BBB.
