Is it worth it to hire someone or did you all create your own?

Welcome to the community Jasmine! Congratulations on your engagement!

Have you looked into pricing photo booths in your area? That would definitely be a great place to start. You can see whether renting one is within your budget. It will also mean that you will have minimal amount of setting up to do as the rental company will do all of this for you.

If you are DIYing it, have you thought about how this would go? Would you use a camera that prints the photos immediately for guests? You would also need to think about how this would stand on its own and also need someone to refill the photo paper every time it runs out.

We are doing a polaroid (those little fuji film cameras) station with a scrap book of sorts where people can put in a picture of themselves and, various pictures throughout the night.

In this set up if you want a background, props you can set those up.

It'll be a memorable album we can look back on for less than a traditional Photo Booth.
