Frederic, on August 10, 2022 at 6:54 PM Posted in Planning 1 11
I think this has been asked before....but what are appropriate gifts for the wedding party after the ceremony is over?

Typically, you give wedding party gifts prior to the wedding. A lot of people like to give them at the rehearsal dinner, or when the wedding parties are getting ready prior to the ceremony. Or, if you would like to give them their gifts individually, you could find times to meet with them prior to the wedding. “Parting gifts” (aka guest favors) are given to all guests, and are either given at the reception (usually they are placed at each guests’ place setting) or placed on a table for guests to take with them as they exit the reception.

Hello usally the gifts are done the day of or a day before the wedding. Now if it's for the whole wedding party give them something that they. Will use all the time. Don't have them engrave or embroidered with bridesmaids or maid of honor or bestman or groomsmen when it comes to the groomsmen men gifts the same just their names or initials will be good. You can give them a notes with that so have only have their robes and sashes with their role that's it and token of words. I hope that this helps

Lol a good after weeding gift would be a hangover kit.

But like others said gifts are typically done prior, and aren't typically wedding related. You could always ask if they'd rather have a gift or something like HMU/nails done.

I gave my MOH her gift the day of the wedding as we got ready. It was things she liked and not so much ‘ MOH this and MOH that’. Gifts can speak to their personality it doesn’t have to be extravagant.

I'm giving my MOH, who's also my sister, a t shirt quilt. I'll probably give it to her the day after the wedding.
