Hi Brittany! I'd gravitate towards hotels and country clubs that definitely have catering and chairs, tables, etc. in-house!! Here are a few places you should check out:

Not sure where you consider eastern Pennsylvania, but we got married at the Radisson in Scranton. We had both our ceremony and reception there. They provided the food and drinks which included our wedding cake, tables with linens, and dance floor lighting. They also offer a package that includes florals. For vendors, they gave us a list of vendors they recommend with all of their contact information so while you'd still have to contact them on your own you'd have all their information right there on a list that you wouldn't have to do a bunch of research. For the cake, you do still have to go to the bakery they are partnered with for a tasting, but otherwise they handle organizing the bakery coming in and delivering and setting up the cake.

We got married at Celebrations wedding venue in Bensalem, Pa. We had ceremony, cocktail hour and reception there. You can also try Falls Manor and Special Events in Bristol, Pa. Maybe you can find venues that would meet your needs in Bucks County or Lancaster County. Best wishes.

The Barn at Silverstone in Lancaster in very nice. It's expensive, though.
