Over the water bungalows?

We are staying in an over the water bungalow in St. Lucia at Sandals. They also have them in Jamaica! They are pretty pricey so we are staying a few nights in those at the end of our honeymoon and a cheaper room for the first half.

The Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica has over the water bungalows, but they are not cheap. My husband and I stayed at Sandals Montego Bay last month. Every package at Sandals is all inclusive including gratuity which IMO is the way to go for your honeymoon. The view from our room was to die for, but I’m kind of kicking myself for not doing a swim up suite instead.

I can't remember exact location, but one of my coworkers stayed in a bungalow on the beach in Thailand girt super cheap.

View Quoted Comment We haven’t been on our honeymoon yet. We are actually spending the first half at a non-Sandals resort but it is still all-inclusive. I agree with the other poster who said all-inclusive is the way to go! I know a lot of the overwater bungalows in different parts of the world are not all-inclusive. Also, if you have a Costco membership they have some really great deals on over water bungalows packages!

We are staying at El Dorado Maroma in Riviera Maya. They have OTW bungalows!
