Out of Town Bachelorette Party & Bridal Shower

So, our wedding is June 6th of 2020, and we're starting to get crunched on time for planning the bachelorette party and bridal shower. I live in South Dakota, and my family and wedding party is completely spread across the Midwest: Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois. I'm wondering how other brides have planned the bachelorette party and bridal showers with everyone being so far away. How do you find a central location that will be fun for everyone? My maid of honor has given me some ideas, but she's letting me make the final call. My mom wants to do a bridal shower and bachelorette party combined in Chicago, but that's far and expensive for some of my bridesmaids, plus my fiance's family is all in South Dakota, so they probably wouldn't travel that far. I should also mention, one of the bridesmaids is under 21, so I'm trying to figure out something that's not 100% alcohol involved lol. Any advice? Thanks!
