I couldn’t find it online for my county either. That would be helpful and cut down on their phone calls.

According to this WeddingWire article (Marriage Laws by State), In Georgia, a license will not expire once it has been issued. This article was written in March of 2019, however, I would also recommend you reach out to confirm this with the county office encase anything has changed in the meantime. You never know

Georgia’s marriage license never expires! I’m getting married in Savannah come November 30th and we went there back in June and met with a few people we’re working with and to also get our marriage license. Our officiant has one couple that had their marriage license for 9yrs and 364 days before getting married. Lol so you will be absolutely fine to get your marriage license when you go to visit.

We went to get ours last week and they said it does not expire. They mught call you after a year has passed though.

Glad I saw this post, I was wondering the same question. I'm going to call the county we are getting married in and see if I can find it on a website
