Have reached out to multiple vendors on this site, a lot seem to not be in business anymore and have reviews from 2020 :'( any advice helps. We'll take people just starting out or current students in event planning as well. Can discuss budget, but we just need a day-of coordinator. Original just stopped responding to all contact. We're both busy engineers on tight deadline projects until October 1st, so we can only do meetings outside of M-F 9-5. Venues are booked, caterer booked, schedules made, layout done, decor done, just need someone to deal with stuff day-of (put things out, direct people, etc.). Thank you.
