Hi all! For our destination wedding in PR we’ll be having these small candles around. We’re adding rhinestones to fancy it up - which looks better? Adding the rhinestones to the top or the bottom? I appreciate your input!

I think the top...with them on the bottom it looks like an afterthought.

They have the same ribbon at dollar tree, $1 a roll. It was a good sized roll too!
