Online Registries

Hi All! I created my wedding registry on Amazon and Crate and Barrel. When you do the online sign up it forces you to include your address and as a result, some of my gifts are being sent to me. I think a few were sent in accident but when I tried to walk through the purchasing process as a guest, theres an option to ship it to your home. There has been some confusion and I was not sure what to do. I have tried to look into the settings but there is no way around it. My mom is a little bummed because she wanted people to bring their gifts to the shower so I could open them. I am really not sure how to handle this.
