Oklahoma venues under $2k?!

Reneé, on September 23, 2020 at 5:43 PM Posted in Oklahoma Planning 1 9
I’m getting married (hopefully) around October 2021, but finding a venue around $2,000 that can seat 150 seems impossible! Any tips/tricks?

Hi Reneé! Is that $2,000 just to rent the space? Or are you hoping it includes more?

Check out Silver Barn Farms, Rosemary Ridge Event Center, and The Springs venues in Edmond, Norman, and Tulsa. You can also search for public parks & event spaces that are available for rental!

WeddingWire also has a great cost guide that helps you see what people are spending on weddings in your area, and what the range of costs for each service are: Wedding Cost Guide. 💰

Depends on if you're looking for just the ceremony, reception, or both. I just got engaged and we have about 100 people coming. We are considering a spot at the Myriad Gardens for the ceremony which is $1200 for 2 hours, and it's a pretty big place, so they have a lot of different spaces for weddings. They do receptions there too, but for both, it's pretty expensive.

Widen your search area. We choose to get married in Broken bow. 3 hours from where we live, However cost was exactly where we wanted. 4 days, 3 nights sleeps 20. Ceremony & Reception onsight and can fit 200 guests, with full commercial Kitchen included. $2900 includes tax & cleaning fee. We wanted the most bang for our buck, plus facility is available for rehearsal & rehearsal dinner. Anywhere we could save we tried.

Venue 102 in Edmond just told me they have openings in October, up to 170 with tables and chairs. We're going to look on Monday.

Posting for those who may visit this thread in the future: Jameson's Manor in Tulsa, OK is a nice one! Rather inexpensive too and they offer an indoor or outdoor alter for around 1.5k

I’m getting married at The Lark in Tulsa! It was just under $1800 for 80 people on a Sunday, but they can accommodate up to 150 and are on the cheaper side for the area.
