Hey everyone ! Hope you’re all staying safe & well.
So I went dress shopping back in February and my dress was expected to arrive at the end of this month. To my pleasant (or so I thought) surprise, I was contacted by the location I went to & was told that my dress arrived & I could have it shipped to my house! I agreed, and was a happy little girl when I saw the pink box at my door.
... and then I opened it. IT’S THE COMPLETELY WRONG DRESS!! To top it all off, the dress I received is one that I tried on but absolutely hated it so much that I didn’t even leave the dressing room to show my friends and family. When I purchased my dress, the price was a lot lower than what I expected but I thought it was just because there was a sale going on. Nope, it was because the cashier (who’s also the store manager) put in the wrong item code.
I called the store and they put a note in my account & told me to bring in the dress I received when they reopen and they’ll take care of the rest . Let’s hope the solution is as easy as they made it seem over the phone.
