October 2020 downsized wedding locations?

My fiancé and I are planning on going through with our Oct 10 wedding with a much, much smaller guest list. Ideally we want to just do immediate family and wedding party (about 30 people). We’re running into the outdoor areas letting us have up to 100 (but worried with October weather), and restaurants only allowing 10 of us maximum.


Anyone have ideas on where we can do something like this in Detroit? Thanks!
