Just wanted to share some info that I recently discovered! Many westchester counties are only taken westchester residents for marriage license appointments which leaves us NYC stuck with project cupid!
But, follow @NYCClerk on twitter and they will tell you when they will post new appointments. They open new appointments every Thursday at 9am. I recommend filling out the application and such first then begin the waiting game for an appointment. But if you are on when they post new appointments, you should get one with ease.
