November Mountain Elopement

Chelsea, on July 11, 2018 at 4:32 PM Posted in Colorado Planning 0 2
Hi all!

My FH and I plan to have a small ceremony in the mountains November 2020. Because we don’t know how the weather will be (rain, wind, snow, sunshine) we aren’t sure how to plan. Has anyone done this before? We are going to have our parents and siblings there. I was planning on having everyone stand since it won’t be that long, but now I’m not sure if I should look into a sheltered area in case the weather is horrible. What do you think?

Hey, Chelsea! Smiley smile This sounds like such a romantic little elopement!

As much as I hate to use the i-word, planning for weather this far in advance is just impossible. I think the best you can do is plan for the worst and hope for the best! I would absolutely look into the sheltered areas available just in case!

I hope you keep coming back to post updates because I'm in love with the idea of a mountain elopement! Smiley heart

I never thought about these issues! My fiance and I are planning on doing the same thing, except in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia! You are going to have an absolutely gorgeous wedding in Colorado!!
