Have you given any thought to what flavor cake you would like for your wedding?

I tried small bakeries, but ended up getting the best price from Gambino's! Swiss bakery, I wasn't able to get a quote from, because they close one week a year, and it is my wedding week! Also, if you are having a small wedding, look up Doberge cakes. I haven't had one, but it is apparently a New Orleans traditional cake, and is supposed to be fantastic! They will also be more affordable than a traditional wedding cake.
