nj Wedding Venue under $100 per person

Hello my fiancée & I are looking for older/historic looking venues but really anything but ballroom for our wedding. We are having about 115 people and looking to stay below $100 per head with gratuity/tax. We are open to ballroom if the price is right but would like to avoid that style. We like the look of The Smithville Inn but that’s about $130 a head before gratuity and tax. Thanks for any help at all!!
