We capped our guest list to 100 when we started planning well before the pandemic. Our venue is very large and an accommodate 350 so we were confident that postponing a year we’d be able to invite all our guests. Our date is 10/7/21 postponed from 10/10/20.

My wedding is only about 45 people but the restaurant will charge a room minimum if we aren't up to 75% capacity. My only other worry is if my elderly family members will be vaccinated by then. That will determine my guest list. Congrats on your wedding. I think you will be ok by July but I understand how nerve racking this all is.

Late August here! Starting up the planning again. At least able to get excited this time. Last year this time I was more worried how bad the COVID thing would get. So glad to postponed to be able to have the wedding we want!

That’s good to hear! I haven’t been keeping up. We’re in SoCal and hosting our October wedding in Vegas (postponed from last October). We have 65 guests, but our venue was only allowing 25 the last month when I spoke with them. So that was a big blow to our guest list and caused me to look into cutting everything and just going to Hawaii for a very intimate wedding (inviting 20 max). But we’re going to make a final decision in March. I’m guessing we’ll be fine with our original Vegas plans (as long as things don’t go backwards). But each day, the Hawaii alternative becomes more and more appealing.
