What's your price point? You could try looking on thumbtack for a party organizer/event planner to see if they could help you out. A weeding day of coordinator will always be a little pricy because of the wonderful word "wedding" lol

View Quoted Comment Another good place to check is Facebook! I found the day of coordinator for my wedding in a Facebook group for local weddings. Search for groups named sometimes along the lines of, "North Carolina Weddings" or "Brides in North Carolina", and put a post with your budget, wedding date, and specific services requested (setup/tear down, rehearsal coordination, number of hours needed for day of coordination, etc), and you'll likely get replies from available vendors who are within your budget.

From the WW boards, it sounds like couples have found day- of coordinators that provide 1 month of services before the big day. This includes coordination and timeline of all vendors. It may be useful to see this person as an investment as all your other vendors.
