Need help with venues

Hi guys so I've been looking for months for a venue in Virginia mainly in the tri-city area (Richmond, Petersburg, Hopewell, colonial heights etc) somewhere I can have both ceremony and reception but if it's just either that's fine I wouldn't mind doing my reception in a different location. I didn't set a wedding budget but I do know I don't want to spend more than 2000 on a venue and it'll be nice if the venue came with some things like extra tables, chairs, kitchen space etc if not that's fine also.
