Without knowing where you are located it is hard for anyone to make a recommendation for a specific makeup artist. I would recommend looking on here or The Knot. Also if you know anyone who recently got married in your area you could ask them who they used.

Go to your local Ulta or Sephora and ask them, they usually have employees who do makeup professionally. They'll be able to recommend someone. Also ask your hairstylist, people in that industry know each other and they can probably recommend someone.
