I don’t think it’s worth the money. When I changed my name, there were 3 forms I had to fill out: Social Security, passport, and drivers license. Hitch switch just compiles the forms for you, which are available online for free (at least social security and passport, drivers license will be state specific).


The bank required me to come in person with copies of my documentation. Most other places allowed me to just email a scanned copy of my new drivers license and my marriage certificate.

No. They charge you a lot of money to collect forms that are handed out to you at no cost when you go to those businesses. You still have to do the legwork yourself of filling out the forms. Save your money.
